The engagement journey

1. Understanding your workplace

We’ll get to know each other over a few informal sessions. We’ll chat in depth about your working environment so that we can quickly get up to speed and create the best approach to improve your organisational health.

2. Planning the workplace review

We’ll decide on the approach together using the most effective methods at our disposal. We’ll call upon a combination of 1:1 interviews, focus groups and workshops to get to the heart of the issues at play.

3. Gathering information

This is where our most important work begins. We’ll connect with your people, quickly building their trust so that they feel 100% supported, and confident that their participation will make a real difference. We’ll drill into the detail, drawing on reflections, perspectives, and experiences; each datapoint helping us to build a clear picture of your workplace culture.

4. Defining a clear way forward

We’ll present our findings back to you, together with a clear plan of how to elevate the workplace performance of your team.

We’ll be available to present our findings and engage in the best way possible to drive meaningful change, be it through board reports and presentations, Town Hall events, or at your team or department meetings.

5. Embedding a new corporate culture

Plans are great, but until there’s meaningful action, they remain exactly that — plans.
