Our 2-hour Emotional Culture Workshops provide a fun and innovative way for your people to create a team that’s engaged, and feels connected.

Our workshop will:

  • Take your team through the role that emotion plays in leadership, and the building of a high-performance culture

  • Examine your broader organisation’s overarching values and culture, and translate these in a way that’s meaningful to your team

  • Explore the ways that your people want to feel (and not feel) at work so that we can define the types of behaviours you want to encourage.

Your people will leave with a greater consciousness of your desired team culture, plus an understanding of each other's individual drivers and motivators.

Post-workshop

The workshop also includes a post-implementation review, where we’ll meet to:

  • Review the session and share the learnings and insights that were gained during the workshop

  • Share ideas and techniques for maintaining focus on the emotional culture of your people team moving forward

  • Discuss the best approach to running a second emotional culture workshop with your people

Wellbeing Plans
Workshop

The deck is a simple, activity-based tool that translates the abstract idea of wellbeing into personalised day-to-day actions that can create a more consistent and sustainable feeling of wellbeing.

It’s a fun, interactive tool that has been designed to help stimulate meaningful conversations about what wellbeing means to you, and generate plans that are meaningful, actionable and easy to use.

Savi’s Wellbeing Plan sessions are hands-on and fun, and can be run 1:1 or in teams of up to 10.
